Elfyau's Midnight v0.2 Enhancement Shaman

I've got my first max-level Enhancement sequence ready to unleash some elemental fury! There's still a little housekeeping on my list, but the main pieces are coming together, with Maelstrom Weapon stacks, weapon strikes, and elemental spells working in harmony to keep the damage flowing.

My testing so far has been encouraging, with respectable damage and a satisfying rhythm to the rotation. I'll continue making improvements as I go, but for now I hope it delivers plenty of lightning, lava, and a good old-fashioned beating! 😄
